New to NC Precision in March 2020 is this automated vision and contact inspection machine from Baty which compliments and bolsters our existing inspection and quality processes.
To enhance the capability of the optical feature, this machine comes with a Renishaw TP20 probe system with a multi station probe changing rack allowing in cycle probe changing operation.
The data points of the touch probe are automatically combined with those of the vision system to enable the Venture 2510 to capture the full complexity of the component within a single programmable operation.
This new measuring equipment allows us to collect more data to the highest level of accuracy, very quickly, and provide our customers with high quality dimensional reports for our machined parts which are being expected more and more.
